Spirit of the forest

Hi everyone

First of all, hello! I am not dead! xD
Sorry I haven't posted for ages (actually the last time I posted was exactly one month ago :0) - [insert bad excuse here]

Anyway, so a while ago I commissioned Kierkitten for a custom wolf OC and she designed her perfectly and made this wonderful art of her right here: fav.me/dcabbfb (check it out, it's amazing <3)
And this is my first pic of her! Sometime I will have to get round to making a full ref, but I really wanted to just draw something with her first
I based the background off the background in Kier's picture, I just really liked it!

I haven't decided on a name for her yet, I want to make it something to do with nature and plants (pretty obviously haha) but I'm gonna think about it
A bit of personality for you, as I wrote in my custom form to Kier (I think this was what I said lol): she is kind and intelligent, but a bit shy and doesn't like fighting - however she will if she has to and can use vines to trap enemies. What I was kind of thinking by that is that she can sort of manipulate/summon vines to wrap around her enemies' legs in order to keep them in place and prevent them from hurting her or friends, a more defensive approach than actually physically attacking anyone. I definitely want to draw her using that in the future!

PS: I recently got into the game Undertale (even though it came out 2 and a half years ago so I am super late haha) by watching a lets play of it and I really love it a lot! I've been doing a bunch of sketches of characters from the game, some of which I hope to make into proper pieces, so hopefully I'll post some of those in the future ^^

Also, I actually do have exams in a week (so I should be revising but instead spent my time finishing this lol), so I probably won't post again until they are over, but after that is half term for me so I should have a bit more time again
